About me

Hello! I am a female personal trainer working out of a private home gym in Alnwick Northumberland.

I’m also a qualified yoga and PIlates instructor, I use a blend of yoga, Pilates and traditional personal training in order to help my clients reach their goals. If you are interested in feeling your absolute best get in touch and lets get you booked in!

I have a particular specialism in working with anyone who has long term health issues or is recovering from illness/injury. My clients range in age from 19 to 87! You are never too young, or too old to work on your physical health.

As an added note because I work from a private gym it is suitable for those who find it difficult to hear in loud envirnoments or who have sensory overwhelm issues.

Graduate Diploma in Law (common professional exam)
Postgraduate Certificate in Commercial Law
Mediation

I am currently working on my PhD in law which takes the majority of my days.I also work intermittently as a legal research assistant for Robert Gordon university.I am a mum of 3, 2 grown and 1 teen and have 5 cats, 1 dog and a immortal lizard.
